A perfect starting point for hiking, biking. relaxing on the beach, sailing, skiing, boarding, fishing or whatever catches your fancy in beautiful Lake Tahoe. You enter this chalet into an cozy living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, then down the hall to a full bath with tub, and one bedroom downstairs with a California King bed and laundry room. Upstairs is a large open loft set up as a sitting room with tv/dvd and a full size futon, there is a full bath upstairs and a bedroom with open vaulted ceilings. The entire cabin has been tastefully upgraded and decorated with a contemporty Tahoe flair. The peaceful open beam second floor tops off the "Pine Tree Lodge" with a comfy furnished loft offering a full size futon; full bath; and a bedroom.
The upstairs bedroom features a pine log bunk bed queen down, single above. All linens and towels are provided. There is a large deck out front equipped with a propane BBQ. The backyard features a hot tub, perfect for gazing at the gorgeous Tahoe night sky.
The Pine Tree Lodge is one block from miles of hiking and biking trails, a few minutes from the Tahoe Keys (marina and restaurant), close to Camp Richardson (beach, Marina, restaurant) 10 minutes to world class skiing at Heavenly Valley, shops and many dining opportunites. Sierra at Tahoe is an easy 25 minute drive and Kirkwood is approximately 45 minutes away
